Pole Princess
Today, pole dancing is an empowering, fun and sexy way to get fit and toned. It combines upper body and core strength, co-ordination and agility. Our Pole Princess studio has several poles and our classes will turn even the shyest performers into toned and confident Princesses.
Take your pick of our pole dancing classes: All classes are available as either a group class (as listed on our timetable) or private.
| Beginners Pole Fitness -Levels 1, 2 & 3 | An introduction to pole for the complete beginner. Learn basic moves, spins and wiggles allowing you to perform simple but sexy, choreographed routines. Be dazzled by a teacher demonstration in your first class to give you a feel for exactly what you will be able to achieve in the future. |
| Intermediate Pole Fitness - Levels 1, 2 & 3 | Following on from the Beginners Levels our Intermediate course comprises of more complex moves including turning upside down and linking moves together. Choreographed routines will allow you to show off your impressive new skills. |
| Pole Fitness, 6 week course - Levels 1, 2 & 3 | Learn 15 new pole moves, dance skills & choreography tips. Choreograph your moves into your own routine. Certicates awarded to all those that complete the course. |
| Hen Pole Parties | Private pole parties for hen parties, celebrations etc. Fun class including a bottle of bubbly and certificates for all particpants to get you in the party mood. See our Parties page. |
