Pole Princess

The dancer’s pole is no longer found solely in the domain of strip clubs. Today, pole dancing is an empowering, fun & sexy way to get fit and discover the seductress within. It combines intense upper body and core strength, co-ordination and agility. Our Pole Princess studio has several poles & our Pole Princess classes will turn even the shyest performers into toned & sultry Princesses.

Take your pick of our pole dancing classes: All classes are available as either a group class (as listed on our timetable) or private.

Beginners Pole - Levels 1, 2 & 3 An introduction to pole for the complete beginner.  Learn basic moves, spins & wiggles allowing you to perform simple but sexy, choreographed routines. Be dazzled by a teacher demonstration in your first class to give you a feel for exactly what you will be able to achieve in the future.

Intermediate Pole - Levels 1, 2 & 3 Following on from the Beginners Levels our Intermediate course comprises of more complex moves including turning upside down and linking moves together. Choreographed routines will allow you to show off your impressive new skills.

Advanced Pole - Levels 1, 2 & 3 We should pay YOU for this class that mixes the spinning & flight elements of pole dancing with the hottest choreography. Take flight as you defy gravity & create your own routines and moves.

Showgirls (suitable for those that have completed the Beginners Levels) It's time to get those high heeled shoes on, dim the lights, turn up the music and feel the heat... Learn sexy choreographed dance routines, strike fabulous poses, shimmy and strut your way through dance links and master nifty pole tricks. Unleash the goddess within while benefitting from a fabulous work out at the same time!

Pole Jam (all Levels welcome) Come & practice those moves you have learned in lessons, try new takes on moves, tricks, spins & links.  With or without shoes, receive group and individual attention in this kickback, relaxed but motivating class.  Whatever your level, from beginner to advanced let's jam!

Professional Pole Princess Want to make pole dancing a career? Intensive private & group classes are available to uncover the professional seductress within.
