It’s fitness with a cheeky twist. There are no dull, same-old, same-old aerobic classes here. Trust us, there’s not a ‘we must, we must control our bust’ in sight. You won’t get bored by ultra-repetitive ‘four steps right, four steps left’, and getting cold in yoga or dozing off in Pilates is just never going to happen at our studio!

Hoop your heart out with this fabulous, feel-good fitness class! Hula hooping is lively, energetic & a great workout.
