Princess Studios - Dress Code

“I have absolutely nothing to wear…”

Don’t sweat it; here are some guidelines to better prepare you for what you need to either bring or wear to class.

Fitness Princess

Yoga style classes – put your best yogi foot forward. Get back to nature and go barefoot. No trainers or running shoes are required. If you prefer your own yoga mat bring it with you, but we have plenty available at the studio.

Pilates style classes – either barefoot or trainers (running shoes). You can bring your own mat, but we do have all the required equipment here.

Aerobics & Dance Classes – trainers (running shoes) are a must! Be prepared to break a sweat

Thai Fit – Sports clothes, but nothing that restricts you moving your legs!

Ballroom Dance – Latin dance shoes or shoes with a high heel.

Stretching & Toning – wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your movement

Ballet Classes - beginners (kids & adults) should be dressed comfortably in a t-shirt or tank top, shorts & socks.  As & when the kids start to come regularly the girls can wear pink leotards, pink skirts & ballet shoes and the boys white t-shirts, shorts & socks or black tights.

Pole Princess

Pole Classes – most classes are done barefoot. Your instructor will let you know if and when to bring shoes as you advance through the classes. The best things to wear for class are: sleeveless tank tops and / or a sports bra and either hot pants, big knickers, lycra shorts or shorts. The more flesh that’s exposed the better, as it helps you stick to the pole. Most importantly be comfortable and happy with what you’re wearing.

It is essential that you do NOT apply any moisturisers or oils to your body on the day of class. Not only will it make you slip on the pole it also causes problems for the person using the pole after you. You will not be popular!

If in doubt, always wear a smile! It’s our number one rule, and it’s one to live by!

PS: Really got nothing in your wardrobe? Let us style you up. Check out our shop to find some cute little outfits for class. We’ll have you swinging into your next class feeling like a natural born dancer from top to toe.
